Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

We love our products and we know you will too… but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
All orders are subject to availability of stock. If we have to cancel an order, we will immediately notify you by email or phone, using the details you provided.
We will take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
Our Returns and Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We ship our orders using Australia Post pre-paid satchels to enable parcel tracking. These details will be provided to you via email so you can track your parcel at any time.
FREE POSTAGE is offered on orders over $100… for orders $100 or less, the postage costs are $10 for Express Post.
All products are inspected before sending them out, so hopefully they will arrive to you in the best condition. If there are any faults with your products, then please contact us immediately.
Store Pick Up is also available from our Attadale store! Please select Store Pick Up in the Shopping Cart. We will notify you within 24-48 hours once your order is ready for collection.
Online Store - Returns Policy
If you change your mind about an item purchased on shekki.com.au, we can offer you an exchange or refund (excluding sale items) within 30 days of purchase (excluding postage costs).
Please contact us on 08 9317 8388 or firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorisation before posting the unwanted item to us. We will send you a Returns Form to complete and include in the return parcel.
All items must be returned to us in original condition, unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition, with the tags attached. Swimwear to have the hygiene sticker intact.
(Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse a refund/exchange if it appears obvious that this has not been done).
Please return the unwanted item within 30 days from date of online purchase, along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and completed Returns Form, in a pre-paid trackable satchel to ensure secure delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods that we have not received when there is no tracking. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the customers expense.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
Please be advised that although pictures are taken to try and best display colours there may be some variations between the photograph and the product. If a product does have a slight colour variance to a photo this will not be considered as faulty.

Online Store - Exchanges
If you need to exchange something for a different size, then please contact us so we can make sure we have that size in stock and place it on hold for you.
Once we receive your returned item, we will post out the replacement garment within 7 business days, subject to product availability.
The cost of return shipping will need to be paid by you prior to the replacement item being sent.
Online Store - Refunds
Once we receive your item as per above, we will inspect the garment and notify you on the status of your refund as soon as possible.
Refunds will be given on returned items (excluding sale items) with a credit to the initial account that was charged, or a store credit if you would prefer, within 7 business days of receiving the return (during Sale and Christmas periods this will be extended to 14 working days)

In Store Purchase - Returns Policy
Our In Store policy is different from our Online policy as you have the opportunity to try garments on before you buy, with the assistance of our trained staff.
Shekki does not offer refunds for change of mind on ‘In Store’ purchases, however we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit on clothing and accessories only (excludes swimwear and sale items) provided that you return your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Please return the unwanted item to the store it was purchased at, along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, so we can process the exchange or store credit.
